Brianna Allyse Cotton, a dedicated nurse and cherished member of the Marlton, NJ, community, passed away unexpectedly on August 5th, 2025. She was 31 years old.
Brianna was born on March 31st, 1994, in Voorhees, NJ, and lived her entire life in Marlton. A graduate of Cherokee High School in 2012, Brianna pursued a career in healthcare, earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing from AdventHealth University in Florida. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania. Brianna worked as a nurse practitioner in the oncology unit at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she made a profound impact on her patients and colleagues.
Brianna was known for her vibrant personality, deep compassion, and sense of adventure. She loved traveling, cheering for the Phillies and Eagles, and participating in events like the Broad Street Run. Those who knew her will remember her kind heart, infectious humor, and radiant smile.
Her family shared their sorrow, saying, “Brianna’s spontaneous and loving nature will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.”
Brianna is survived by her parents, Craig and Nancy Cotton; her siblings Marc, Ryan, Tyler, Cassie, and Lauren; and her young niece, Elsie. She will also be remembered by her grandparents, Robert and Catherine Cotton, and the late William and Mary Kinch.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on August 9th, 2025, at the Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford, NJ, with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Lumberton, NJ.
