It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Thalia Salinas, who left this world far too soon on July 25, 2025, just a week after celebrating her 23rd birthday.

Born on July 18, 2002, Thalia lived a life full of energy, compassion, and brilliance. Her untimely departure has left an unfillable void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the joy of knowing her.

Thalia was a vivacious soul whose presence lit up every room she entered. Her radiant laughter and indomitable spirit were unmistakable—she had the rare ability to uplift those around her, often with just a glance or a well-timed joke.

Known for her unique blend of humor, loyalty, kindness, and intelligence, Thalia’s character was a reflection of deep inner strength and boundless love. Whether sharing in someone’s joy or offering a shoulder during hardship, she was a constant source of comfort and encouragement.

She is survived by her devoted parents, loving brothers, a caring sister-in-law, and an adoring nephew, as well as a large extended family who held her close. The Salinas family finds solace in the many cherished memories they created with Thalia—her warmth, her spontaneity, her unwavering support, and her unwavering love.

She was also preceded in death by her beloved cousin Andrew Hernandez, who she remembered with affection, and her grandmother Eva Soria, whose love shaped much of Thalia’s early years.

Professionally, Thalia was making significant strides in the construction industry, a field where she quickly earned respect and admiration. For five years, she brought dedication and diligence to every project she worked on.

Her natural leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities made her an asset in a male-dominated field. Never one to remain complacent, Thalia was preparing to return to school with dreams of becoming a project manager—a role that perfectly suited her ambition, intellect, and knack for organization.

Her career path was a shining example of her drive, self-belief, and desire to make a meaningful impact. To honor Thalia’s memory, two memorial events will be held on August 9, 2025. A funeral mass and memorial service will take place at 11 AM at Saint Cecilia Catholic Church, offering a time for prayer, reflection, and remembrance.

Later that evening, a Celebration of Life will be hosted at 6 PM at 501 @ The Yacht Club. This special gathering will be a heartfelt tribute to the vibrant woman Thalia was—a chance to share stories, laughter, and tears in her honor.

Thalia’s passing is a heartbreaking reminder of how fragile and precious life can be. While her journey was far too short, it was rich in meaning and influence.

She touched lives deeply, whether through a spontaneous adventure, a kind word, or an act of quiet strength. Her family and friends will carry her spirit forward in everything they do, guided by the love she so freely gave.

In the face of this devastating loss, we remember Thalia not for the brevity of her years, but for the depth of her impact. Her life, marked by purpose, joy, and compassion, will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be dearly missed and forever loved.
