Leonard McStevens, a 49-year-old man from Braintree, tragically lost his life on the evening of Tuesday, August 5, 2025, after being fatally struck by an SUV while crossing Route 139 in Randolph, MA. The incident occurred around 9:10 p.m. in the vicinity of 650 Mazeo Drive.
Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene and transported McStevens to a nearby hospital. Despite the medical team’s best efforts, McStevens was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
The driver of the SUV, a 28-year-old man from Canton, remained at the scene and is fully cooperating with authorities. The authorities have confirmed that no charges have been filed at this time.
