Matthew “Matt Matt” Devon Isaiah Rackley, 17, of Athens, Tennessee, was tragically taken from this world far too soon on August 6, 2025.

Born on March 7, 2008, to his loving mother, Kristyn Rackley-Byas, Matt was a bright, joyful spirit whose energy, humor, and warmth touched everyone he met. Known for his quick wit and trademark goofy grin, he had a way of lifting the mood in any room.

A passionate basketball player and avid gamer, Matt loved spending hours playing GTA and NBA 2K25. He also enjoyed the outdoors—hiking with family, fishing with his Papaw, and exploring nature. Determined and hardworking beyond his years, Matt saved to buy his own car and took pride in fixing it himself, spending countless hours researching, gathering parts, and perfecting every detail.

Above all, Matt cherished his time with family. His presence brought love and laughter, and his absence leaves a void that can never be filled.
