A shooting incident in West Monroe has resulted in one fatality, one injured victim, and the death of the suspect from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The victim, Emma Bueno, 19, sustained multiple gunshot wounds during the incident. She was immediately transported to a local hospital, where she continues to receive medical treatment.

Based on witness accounts and statements from the surviving victim, investigators quickly identified the suspect as Andricko Lamon Lewis Jr., 21, who is reported to be the ex-boyfriend of Ms. Bueno.

Following the shooting, Lewis Jr. took his own life at the scene, ending the tragic event. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
