The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is asking for the public’s help in locating the driver responsible for a fatal hit-and-run on southbound Interstate 5 in Olympia last month, which claimed the life of 28-year-old Jaden Goodwin.

The tragic incident occurred around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30, just north of Sleater Kinney Road. According to witnesses, Goodwin was lying in one of the two center lanes when a white pickup truck struck him. The driver failed to stop and continued heading south.
