The Paris Police Department is investigating after a man was found dead Thursday at the Trout Pond area of Eiffel Tower Park.

Authorities said they received a 911 call reporting an unresponsive male at the location. When first responders arrived, they confirmed the individual was deceased.

The Henry County Coroner’s Office assisted police in the on-scene investigation. Officials said there were no signs of foul play, and there is no threat to the public.

The man’s identity has not yet been released pending notification of family.
