Police and family have identified 14-year-old Teandre Gibson as one of the victims in a tragic early morning shooting near Woodland Lane.

Two individuals were shot in the incident, including Teandre and a teen girl whose identity is being withheld due to privacy concerns. Authorities report that the teen girl is expected to make a full recovery.

Teandre was remembered by family and community members as a kind-hearted young boy with a friendly demeanor who positively impacted everyone around him. He was deeply loved by his family, who now mourn his untimely passing.

Officials are urging anyone with information about the shooting to come forward to assist in the investigation. A $25,000 reward is being offered for tips that lead to a resolution.
