Nazirah Eason Obituary, Death; – A 22-year-old woman tragically lost her life after being ejected from her SUV during a two-vehicle collision early Sunday morning in the North Hills area of Raleigh, as reported by the police.

Officers arrived at the scene around 2:44 a.m. to investigate a crash at the intersection of Six Forks and Lassiter Mill roads, near the North Hills Shopping Center. A white Ford pickup was found in the intersection with damage to its front end, while a Dodge Journey SUV was overturned to the south of the intersection. Officers discovered Nazirah Eason, aged 22, lying in the southbound lanes of Six Forks Road.

According to police, Eason was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle as the Dodge Journey flipped over. Officers performed life-saving measures on Eason until Wake EMS arrived, but EMS pronounced her dead at the scene. Preliminary investigations suggest that Eason may have run a red light, leading to the collision with the pickup. No charges have been filed in connection with the crash.
