Ayeisha Morales Obituary, Death; Four individuals lost their lives in a semi-involved collision on Monday.
As reported by WTVG, referencing the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP), a two-vehicle accident on the Ohio Turnpike in Sandusky County resulted in the deaths of four people early Monday morning, as stated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:40 a.m. when a 2020 International tractor-trailer, operated by Rolando Torres Lebron, 27, from Buffalo, N.Y., collided with a Ford F-450.
The collision caused the tractor-trailer to veer off the road, hit the median barrier, re-enter the highway, and subsequently veer off the right side, striking a traffic sign before coming to a halt.
The Ford F-450, driven by a 38-year-old man from Circleville, Ohio, also veered off the left side of the road, hitting the median barrier before coming to a stop on the right shoulder.
Lebron, along with passenger Ayeisha Morales, 23, and two children, were declared dead at the scene. The driver of the F-450 suffered non-life-threatening injuries, as reported by authorities.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
