Cynthia Pruett Obituary, Death; – A pedestrian was killed after a fatal crash in Macon on Monday night.

Officials with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office (BSO) said the accident happened on Hawkinsville Road near the intersection of McMillian Drive at around 9:40 p.m.

BSO said reports showed that a Ford car was going north on Hawkinsville Road before striking a 49-year-old woman. The pedestrian was then taken to a local hospital by ambulance, but she later died from her injuries.

Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones identified the woman as Cynthia Pruett, and her family has since been notified of her passing.
