Felicia Gross,Joshua Gross Arrested;- The husband of the mother accused of burying her 10-year-old son in a plastic tote has been indicted in the child’s death.

Felicia Gross and her husband Joshua Gross are now both facing charges in connection with the death of Jayden Spicer.

According to an arrest citation, Felicia Gross admitted to giving her son a type of sleeping medication that caused a fatal medical emergency. She then told investigators that she took his body to a wooded area where he was buried in a plastic tote.

Joshua Gross has been charged with complicity to murder, complicity to report an incident, tampering with physical evidence, abuse of a corpse and complicity to tamper with witnesses.

Gross is in police custody, according to officials. Felicia Gross was previously facing several charges, including manslaughter, but that has been upgraded to a murder charge.

A grand jury indicted Felicia Gross and Joshua Gross, and they will both be arraigned in September.

Jayden’s autopsy results will be released in a few weeks, according to Kentucky State Police.
