Randi Weldon Obituary, Death; – A woman who was involved in a crash in south Las Vegas has passed away, as reported by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

Randi Weldon, aged 47, succumbed to her injuries on Friday, three days following the incident that also injured two other individuals. At the time of her transport to a local hospital, Weldon’s injuries were classified as life-threatening.

The accident took place shortly after 11 p.m. on August 12, near the intersection of South Pecos Road and East Tropicana Avenue in south Las Vegas. According to investigators, a vehicle heading south on Pecos Road struck several pedestrians who were crossing against the traffic signal. Law enforcement stated that the vehicle had a solid green light during the incident.

The driver, identified as Rafi Nersessian, an 80-year-old resident of Henderson, did not remain at the scene, according to police reports. He has since been arrested and is facing three charges of failing to stop at the scene of an accident that resulted in injuries.
