Shaquon Lashay Moore Obituary, Death; – A 30-year-old man from Huntsville was shot and killed on Monday night in a parking lot located on Torrance Drive, as reported by the police.

Officers arrived at the scene following reports of an ongoing shooting around 9:30 p.m. in the 4400 block of Torrance Drive. They discovered a man with gunshot wounds in the parking lot.

Emergency personnel attempted to perform life-saving measures; however, the victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The police have identified him as Shaquon Lashay Moore, aged 30, from Huntsville.

During the course of the investigation, officers determined that gunfire had also impacted a nearby apartment. Fortunately, no individuals inside the apartment were harmed, according to police reports.

The Major Crimes Unit of the Huntsville Police Department has assumed responsibility for the investigation. Preliminary evidence indicates that this was an isolated incident, as stated by investigators.

Law enforcement has not disclosed any information regarding possible suspects or the motive behind the shooting. No arrests have been made at this point.
