It is with profound sorrow that family and friends announce the sudden passing of Kevin McNeill of Larne, formerly of 18 Aughaboy Road, Glenarm, who died unexpectedly in hospital on 23rd August 2025. Kevin’s passing has left a deep void in the hearts of his loved ones and the wider community.

Kevin was a devoted father, stepfather, and step-grandfather. He is remembered with love as the father of Declan, stepfather to Carrie, Keith, and Connor, and the adored step-grandfather of Jamie, Jayden, Frankie, and Leo. His family remembers him as a pillar of support, affection, and care, whose presence brought warmth and joy to their lives.

He was also a beloved brother, surviving siblings include James, Sean, Hugh, Eamon, Marie (McIllhenny), while he is also mourned in memory of his late brothers Alex, Danny, and Eugene. Kevin was respected and loved by his extended family, including his brothers- and sisters-in-law Teresa, Paddy, Roisin, and Kate (partner of the late Danny), who join in mourning his untimely loss.

Family, friends, and the local community recall Kevin for his generosity, kindness, and unwavering devotion to those he loved. His legacy will live on through the cherished memories of family gatherings, shared laughter, and the guidance he provided to those closest to him.

Funeral arrangements will be shared in due course, allowing the family and the community to gather in remembrance and honor the life of Kevin McNeill. His passing is deeply regretted by all who knew him, and he will be sorely missed.
