HOT SPRINGS, AR — The Arkansas community is mourning the loss of Charlotte Bridwell, a dedicated professional and beloved member of the Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village communities, who passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025.
For more than 17 years, Bridwell served as a receptionist at the Hot Springs Village Voice and previously worked with The Sentinel-Record. In both roles, she was much more than an office coordinator—she was the heart of the workplace. Known for her warmth, kindness, and professionalism, Charlotte ensured smooth operations while making colleagues and customers alike feel valued. Her dedication and reliability earned her deep respect and admiration throughout the journalism community.
Beyond her professional achievements, Charlotte was celebrated for her humor, faith, and deep love for family and community. She had a unique ability to connect with people, offering support, encouragement, and friendship to those around her. Her life was defined by service, compassion, and the joy she found in lifting others.
