Cassondra Evette Grayson Obituary, Death;- A woman from Greenville has passed away after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday night, as reported by the coroner.

According to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, they received a call shortly before 7 p.m. regarding a disturbance on Valley View Drive. Deputies stated that upon their arrival, they discovered that a woman had exited a vehicle and subsequently hit another woman with it.

The suspect then proceeded to drive away, hitting a second woman, as per the deputies’ report. Authorities indicated that the first woman who was hit by the vehicle was not transported to the hospital. However, the second woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

This woman, identified as Cassondra Evette Grayson, aged 36, succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.

Grayson died from blunt-force trauma, and her death has been classified as a homicide. Deputies confirmed that the suspect has been apprehended, although her identity has not yet been disclosed.
