Justen Cordell Lay Obituary, Death; – Coroner’s officials have released the name of a 42-year-old man who died when his bicycle collided with a vehicle near Lamont last month.

Justen Cordell Lay of Bakersfield died at the scene of the crash on Buena Vista Boulevard west of South Fairfax Road, according to coroner’s officials.

The crash happened at about 8:25 p.m. on Aug. 22.
