Leon Gonzalo Jr Arrested; – Authorities in Texas have arrested a 42-year-old man on murder charges following a shooting incident during a “ding dong ditch” game that resulted in the death of an 11-year-old boy from Houston on Saturday.

Witnesses informed the officers that the boy was ringing doorbells at various homes and then fleeing the scene.

Police took 42-year-old Leon Gonzalo Jr. into custody on Tuesday morning.

His residence corresponds to the location where the fatal shooting of the 11-year-old occurred.

A witness reported to the police that the boy was in the process of running away from the house when he was shot.
