It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Owen Conley, 17, of Spencerville, Ohio, who tragically lost his life in a car accident in the early morning hours of Monday, September 1, 2025.

Born in 2008, Owen was a bright, spirited young man whose sense of humor, loyalty, and kindness left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. A student at Spencerville High School, he was known for his love of cars, music, and spending time with friends and family. Whether he was helping a neighbor, making people laugh, or planning his future with excitement, Owen lived life with intensity and heart.

Owen is survived by his loving family and many friends who cherished him deeply. His passing leaves a void in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Though his life was cut tragically short, Owen’s memory will live on in the stories shared, the lives touched, and the love he gave so freely.

A private service will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Owen’s memory to local youth safety initiatives or counseling programs.

We ask for privacy and compassion as we mourn the loss of a young life gone far too soon.
