Pedro Nunez Obituary, Death; – Authorities are conducting an investigation into the death of a man discovered on the east side of Bay City.

As reported by the Bay City Department of Public Safety, on September 1 at around 11:19 p.m., officers were alerted to an unresponsive individual on the River Walk path close to Breaker Cove.

Despite the lifesaving efforts of emergency responders and bystanders, the police confirmed that the 42-year-old Bay City resident, identified as Pedro Nunez, was pronounced dead.

According to police, Nunez was riding an electric bike on his way home prior to being found. Bystanders walking along the path found Nunez lying on the ground with the e-bike situated nearby.

The police indicated that there are no indications of foul play, and an autopsy is forthcoming.

An investigation is presently underway.
