Timothy Avery Obituary, Death; – The New York State Police are conducting an investigation into a deadly motorcycle accident that occurred in the town of Rochester, located in Ulster County. This incident took place on Monday evening on State Route 209.

Troopers who arrived at the scene around 6:11 p.m. found that the rider of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, traveling south on Route 209, had veered off the road from the western shoulder and entered a nearby wooded area. The motorcyclist, who was later identified as 58-year-old Timothy Avery from Kerhonkson, was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
