It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Dalton Taylor, 23, of Webster Parish, who tragically lost his life due to an accidental gunshot on Wednesday at his Dorcheat Road home near Evergreen.

Dalton was taken to Minden Medical Center, where despite the efforts of emergency staff, he succumbed to his injuries.

Dalton’s family, friends, and community are mourning the loss of a bright young life taken far too soon. His laughter, warmth, and presence touched everyone who knew him, and he will be profoundly missed.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Dalton’s loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. May his soul rest in peace, and may the memories of his life bring comfort to those who loved him.
