Michael S Hatfield Obituary, Death; – The Alabama Law Enforcement agency is investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed in Dallas County on August 25.

Authorities say 42-year-old Michael S. Hatfield was fatally injured after being struck by a vehicle on US 80 near the 91 mile marker. The accident caused Hatfield to be struck by other oncoming vehicles.

Hatfield’s body was taken to Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, where his identity was later confirmed. The vehicle involved in the crash, along with the driver, have not been identified. Anyone with information regarding the crash is asked to contact ALEA at 205-553-5531.
