The Cave City community is rallying together after news broke of a devastating car accident involving Leticia Cline, well-known entrepreneur, journalist, motorcycle racer, and owner of Ace Coffee Co., along with television personality and long-time friend Mike Wolfe.
The crash, which occurred recently, has left friends, family, and supporters shaken, but united in prayers for their recovery. According to initial reports, both Leticia and Mike were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash.
Mike Wolfe, best known as the co-star of the hit series American Pickers, fortunately did not sustain life-threatening injuries and is expected to make a full recovery.
Sadly, Leticia suffered more severe injuries, including multiple broken ribs, a fractured sternum, a collapsed lung, and multiple fractures to her jaw. She is scheduled to undergo surgery, during which doctors will wire her jaw and address the extent of the damage.
The news has sent shockwaves through Cave City and beyond. Known as a woman of extraordinary talent and energy, Leticia wears many hats in her community and career. She is not only the proud Owner and CEO of Ace Coffee Co., but also a board member of BLDG of Cave City, co-owner of The Dive, and co-founder of Smiley’s Garage.
A lifelong Kentucky resident, Leticia’s resume stretches far beyond her hometown. She has worked as a freelance journalist, a motorcycle and travel writer, and even as a Harley-Davidson Hooligan racer.
Her career has also included time in fashion and marketing, with positions at Jetlev and MARC ECKO CUT & SEW before shifting her focus to her passions in motorcycling, entrepreneurship, and community building.
Friends and supporters describe Leticia as tough, resilient, and unyielding in the face of challenges. Yet even with her well-known grit, this accident has left her facing a difficult road to recovery. The outpouring of love and support from the community has been overwhelming.
