Branham High School student death-obituary— A female student at Branham High School has died after reportedly falling from a second-story area on campus Tuesday.

According to initial reports, the student sustained a severe head injury in the fall. Despite emergency response efforts, she did not survive.

As a precaution, the school was placed on lockdown while authorities responded to the scene. Officials have not released the student’s name, and further details about the circumstances surrounding the fall remain under investigation.

The Campbell Union High School District said counselors and support staff will be available to assist students and staff in processing the tragedy.
