Shooting in Aiken – Authorities are investigating after three people were shot late Saturday near Tom Cat Lane, Kellogg Drive, and Battle Court, just off Banks Mill Road and near Whiskey Road in Aiken.

According to initial reports, one of the victims is a woman who was struck in the shoulder while inside a burgundy Honda. Her condition has not been released at this time.

Law enforcement has not provided details on the other two victims or the circumstances that led to the shooting.

Residents in the area are urged to check on their loved ones and remain cautious as the investigation continues.
