COLUMBUS, Ga. — Authorities are investigating a tragic early-morning shooting outside an Amazon warehouse in East Columbus that ended with the suspected gunman, 22-year-old Myles Belyue, passing away from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Columbus Division of Police responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting an active shooter at approximately 4:30 a.m. Officers arrived at the scene within minutes to find Belyue outside the warehouse, reportedly firing multiple rounds at the building while employees were inside.
