Hillary Farr Obituary, Death; – A teenage boy who lost his life following a shooting incident in Dayton on Sunday has been named.

Hillary Farr, aged 17, was declared deceased at Miami Valley Hospital, as reported by the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.

Emergency crews arrived in response to shooting reports around 8:30 p.m. in the 3800 block of Alvin Avenue, according to the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.

Police officers discovered a 17-year-old male, later confirmed to be Farr, with a gunshot wound, stated Lt. Eric Sheldon from the Dayton Police Department.
Sheldon indicated that the teenager was transported to Miami Valley Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

A 911 caller reported that a shooting occurred and mentioned hearing “popping sounds while I was cooking.”

Investigators from the Dayton Police Department’s Homicide Unit are currently looking into the shooting incident.
