Jason A Pugh Jr Obituary, Death; – A 37-year-old man from Philadelphia lost his life in a single-vehicle accident on Monday evening, September 15, 2025, on Interstate 81 in Antrim Township.

Jason A. Pugh Jr. was declared deceased at the scene of the crash, which occurred at 7:38 p.m., by EMS personnel, as reported by the Pennsylvania State Police.

At the time of the incident, Pugh was traveling northbound on I-81, near the south side of Exit 5 at Route 16 in Greencastle. According to police reports, he was navigating the exit ramp when his 2022 Kia Sorento veered off the road and onto the right shoulder. The vehicle then proceeded down an embankment, collided with a tree, spun around, and ultimately rolled onto its driver’s side.
