A Brunswick County woman tragically lost her life after being struck by four vehicles while crossing a street in Chesterfield County early Sunday morning.

The fatal incident occurred around 2:10 a.m. on August 10 in the 7100 block of Hull Street Road. Authorities identified the victim as 27-year-old Krystal Parker of Brunswick. Parker was crossing westbound on Hull Street Road when she was hit by multiple vehicles and died at the scene.

Two of the drivers involved, both from Chesterfield, fled the scene after the crash. Police later located 27-year-old Karen G. Palma Martinez near Hull Street Road and Mockingbird Lane, and 33-year-old Kevin C. Bingham at a nearby gas station. Both were found to be intoxicated and have been charged with DUI and felony hit-and-run. They were released on bond at the time of reporting.

The other two drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
