William Rosebrook Obituary, Death; – A semi driver died in a single-vehicle crash on Monday in Washita County.
At about 1:10 p.m., the semi-truck ran off westbound Interstate 40 to the left, striking a cable barrier before overturning on the driver’s side. The crash happened near Mile Marker 48, according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
The driver, who died following the crash, was identified as William Rosebrook, 60, of Elk City. He was the only person in the semi, according to OHP.
The report said Rosebrook was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. His next of kin was notified prior to the report being distributed, according to OHP.
