Rachael Hughes Obituary, Death; – A teenage boy is currently facing several charges, as he is accused of assisting the individual suspected of committing a murder at the Shawnee Park boat ramp.

Michael Bullock, aged 27, was charged last week with the murder of 32-year-old Rachael Hughes.

According to police reports, Hughes was shot eight times at the boat ramp located off Shawnee Park Drive.

As per the arrest records, Bullock returned to the scene later accompanied by a 15-year-old, who is not believed to have been present during the shooting. Together, they moved her body to a wooded area.
The arrest citation indicates that the boy also aided in disposing of her keys and was recorded on camera driving Hughes’ vehicle down the boat ramp and subsequently away from the scene with Bullock.

The boy is now facing charges of receiving stolen property, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with physical evidence.
