Matthew Mayberry Obituary, Death; – The Champaign County Coroner has identified the individual who lost his life in a motorcycle accident that occurred on Saturday night in Champaign.

Coroner Laurie Brauer reported that Matthew Mayberry, aged 37, succumbed to injuries after the motorcycle he was operating collided with a light pole at approximately 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Bloomington Road and Mattis Avenue.

Mayberry sustained multiple injuries that were potentially life-threatening and was subsequently transported to a local hospital, where he passed away. Residents or businesses in the vicinity equipped with exterior surveillance cameras are urged to contact the police.
