Bryan Garnet Frederick Stonehouse Brandon MB Obituary: Passionate Builder, Loyal Friend, and Devoted Son – Bryan Stonehouse Passes Away at 26

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Bryan Garnet Frederick Stonehouse, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the young age of 26.

Bryan’s passing leaves an indescribable void in the hearts of those who loved him, yet his spirit, kindness, and passion will continue to live on in their cherished memories.

Bryan will forever be remembered by his loving parents, Perry and Denise Stonehouse, his devoted sisters, Rachelle and Brittany Stonehouse, brother-in-law Cody Gallant, his Grandmother Hazel Stonehouse, and his beloved partner and best friend, Natasha Wilson.

His loyal fur-baby, Sadie, was his constant companion and will continue to carry his love. He will also be fondly remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends whose lives he touched in profound ways.

Bryan is predeceased by his grandparents Bernice and Garnet Browett, and his grandfather Frederick Stonehouse, who now welcome him with open arms. Born in Brandon, Manitoba, Bryan’s childhood was filled with laughter, curiosity, and adventure.

He attended Kirkaldy Heights School and spent much of his time exploring the Brandon Riverbank area, where his love for the outdoors and nature began to bloom. From an early age, he was active in baseball, soccer, and later hockey, developing both his competitive spirit and teamwork skills.

Beyond sports, Bryan found peace and excitement in the outdoors—whether fishing, hunting, ATV-ing, boating, or snowmobiling, he loved the thrill of adventure and the serenity of open spaces.

Bryan’s creative and mechanical talents shone early. He could often be found in the garage with his dad, Perry, tinkering, fixing, or building something from scratch.

Whether taking apart gadgets to see how they worked or helping with family projects, his passion for construction and craftsmanship was evident from the start.

That curiosity evolved into a career path, as Bryan went on to earn his Building Construction diploma at Crocus Plains, where he excelled in both skill and dedication.

He then joined his father and Uncle Terry Browett in house renovations and landscaping, building not only homes but a reputation for precision, reliability, and hard work.

Bryan’s love for vehicles was a lifelong passion. It all began with his yellow, battery-powered Little Tikes Hummer, which he drove endlessly around the neighborhood as a child.

As he grew older, his fascination only deepened—he spent countless hours attending car shows with his dad, admiring engines and craftsmanship. His garage was always alive with activity as he worked on various automotive projects—sometimes his own, sometimes helping friends.

His Jeep Wrangler held a special place in his heart; he constantly personalized it, making it a true reflection of his adventurous personality and mechanical creativity.

Those who knew Bryan describe him as loyal, hardworking, and endlessly dependable. He was the kind of person you could always count on—ready to lend a hand, share a laugh, or stay up late helping a friend in need. His sincerity and generosity touched everyone he met, leaving behind countless stories of laughter, compassion, and friendship.

A Celebration of Bryan’s Life will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the Riverview Curling Club, 420 Maryland Avenue, Brandon, MB.

Attendees are encouraged to dress casually and come prepared to share stories and memories of Bryan—a young man whose heart, humor, and kindness will remain forever etched in the lives of those who knew and loved him.

Always on our minds… forever in our hearts.
