Blake Tannen Obituary, Death: The Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office has named a victim who was struck and killed by a vehicle in Shreveport

The incident happened on Saturday, August 16 just before 8:00 p.m. in the 300 block of Hearne Avenue. According to the coroner’s office, 40-year-old Blake Tannen was struck by a vehicle while walking near J.S. Clark Middle School.

Tannen suffered from multiple injuries due to blunt force trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have not released any information at this time, but the investigation is ongoing.
