San Francisco Officials Identify 19-Year-Old Raynalee Tooks-Robleto as Victim in Bayview Double Shooting

City officials have identified the young woman killed in a Bayview double shooting last week as 19-year-old Raynalee Tooks-Robleto of San Francisco.

Police said the shooting occurred around 10:30 p.m. on the 2200 block of Cesear Chavez. Officers arriving at the scene found two people inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to a local hospital, where Tooks-Robleto later died from her injuries. The condition of the second victim has not been publicly released, and no arrests have been announced.

Loved ones described Tooks-Robleto as a vibrant and creative young woman with a passion for rap music, hairstyling, and nail design. A GoFundMe page set up in her memory says she “lived boldly, loved deeply and left a mark on every heart she touched.” While she may have been reserved at first, her friends and family remember her as kind-hearted, warm, and unforgettable once you truly knew her.

Investigators continue to search for suspects as the community mourns the loss of a young life cut tragically short.
