Joe Dominguez II Obituary, Death;- Coroner’s officials have disclosed the identity of a 53-year-old man from Apple Valley who tragically lost his life in a collision involving a pickup truck and a motorized shopping cart he was operating last week.

Joe Dominguez II succumbed to his injuries following the accident, which occurred around 8:40 p.m. on August 19 at the intersection of Dale Evans Parkway and Zuni Road, as reported by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

At the time of the incident, he was traveling north on Dale Evans Parkway in the unconventional vehicle when he was struck from behind by a 2002 Mazda B-Series pickup truck, which was also heading north, according to sheriff’s officials.
Dominguez was transported to a hospital, where he ultimately passed away due to his injuries.

The driver of the pickup truck, identified as a 49-year-old man from Barstow, remained at the scene, officials stated.
