LIVINGSTON, Texas (Aug. 26, 2025) — Police in Livingston are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 34-year-old Kenneth Carter, whose body was discovered Tuesday inside a home on Starghill Street.

According to the Livingston Police Department, officers responded around noon to conduct a welfare check requested by concerned individuals. Upon entry, they found Carter unresponsive on the floor. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
