TISHOMINGO, Miss. — The Tishomingo community is mourning the tragic loss of Ava Colley, a 15-year-old who passed away in an accident on September 1.

Ava was known for her bright spirit, kind heart, and her dedication both on and off the field. As a teammate and friend, she made an immediate impact on everyone she met, inspiring those around her with her energy and positivity. Coaches and teammates alike remember her as a tremendous athlete who always gave her best and encouraged others to do the same.
