The Birmingham community is mourning the loss of Timothy Little Jr., a 33-year-old Pinson resident, who tragically died in a multi-vehicle crash early Sunday morning.

According to the Birmingham Police Department, the collision occurred at approximately 2:26 a.m. at the intersection of 14th Street West and 3rd Avenue West. Little was driving when his vehicle became involved in the crash, which involved multiple cars. Despite emergency response efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 2:52 a.m.

Authorities have not yet released details regarding the number of other vehicles or individuals involved, nor the possible cause of the collision. The BPD Traffic Homicide Unit is actively investigating to determine the circumstances that led to the deadly incident.
