Patrick Ceasor Heglar Obituary, Death;- A motorcyclist lost his life in a crash that occurred over the weekend in eastern Jefferson County.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased on Monday as Patrick Ceasor Heglar, a 47-year-old resident of Birmingham.

At least five fatalities have been reported in Ukraine within 24 hours.

The accident took place at 8:02 p.m. on Friday along Highway 79 at Pawnee Village Road.

Chief Deputy Coroner Bill Yates stated that Heglar was the sole operator of the motorcycle involved in a multi-vehicle collision. No further information has been disclosed.

Heglar was declared dead at the scene of the accident at 8:16 p.m.

The investigation is being conducted by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Accident Reconstruction Team.
